Monday    
Ladies & Mens Carpet Bowls 1.00 to 3.00pm Enjoy a game of carpet bowls in a relaxed atmosphere. All levels of ability welcome.
Gymnastics
Session 1
3.30 to 4.15pm
Learn to tumble , roll, flick & twist on the beam, bar, floor & vault. Work towards the British Gymnastics Awards Scheme. Six week courses starting 20th September
Session 2 4.15 to 5.00pm  
Session 3 5.00 to 6.00pm  

Scottish Slimmers

6.00 to 7.00pm 25 years promoting healthy eating plans. Juniors 10 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult

 

Tuesday    
Soft Play 12noon to 4.30pm Under 8's can have a wild time in our "Tumble in the Jungle" soft play. Children must be accompanied by a responsible person.
Soccer Active 4.00 to 5.00pm 6 to 9 years - skills, practices, team competitions & tournaments with Jamie Williams
Junior Fitness 4.15 to 5.00pm workout in the fitness suite for ages 11years & over - supervised by an instructor
Adult 5-a-side 6.30 to 9.00pm teams compete in weekly league, 18 minute games, trophies awarded at end of season
Fitball (adult) 5.30 to 6.15pm improve your flexibility, strength & tone using fitballs
Spinning 6.30 to 7.15pm Use all your training zones from hill climbing to cross country and more. the most effective non impact aerobic exercise.
Boxerspin 7.30 to 8.15pm

 

Wednesday    
Crèche for under-8's. 9.15 to 11.15am Mums and Dads why not leave your little darlings in the safe hands of qualified carers in our "Tumble in the Jungle" soft play while you use our facilities or just have a break.
Ladies Fitness 9.20 to 10.05am  
Spinning 10.15 to 10.55am  
Healthy Life 1.30 to 3.30pm Our GP referral scheme is second to none. Receive a personal wellness assessment and join our friendly specialized exercise sessions to get fitter & tone up.

Self Defence Class 7.00 to 9.00pm 16years & over - improve strength, fitness, balance & co-ordination
Spinning for beginners 8.15 to 9.00pm  

 

Thursday    
Young at Heart 10.00am to 12noon Informal and friendly session to introduce a range of activities - badminton, short tennis, carpet bowls & table tennis - self programming
Spinning 1.00 to 1.45pm Use all your training zones from hill climbing to cross country and more. the most effective non impact aerobic exercise.

Ju-Jitsu (6 years to adult) 7.00 to 9.00pm Join Hai Futami Ju-Jitsu Association & be instructed in the ancient Japanese martial art of self defence.
Boxercise 7.00 to 8.00pm Circuit training to punch your way to a fitter physique.

 

Friday

Tiny Tumbles 11.00 to 11.30am Pre-school gym & movement class using soft play & gym equipment. develops coordination & flexibility.

Mens Carpet Bowls 1.30 to 3.30pm  
Young Dragons 3.30 to 4.30pm themed Karate thats fun & gets you fit - 3 to 6 years old
Judo 6.00 to 7.00pm build you strength & fitness with this martial art class
Junior 5-a-side 7.00 to 8.00pm  


Saturday
