Our fitness suite has been designed to create a comfortable, modern & welcoming environment for you to enjoy.

It boasts a large range of top quality cardio-vascular and resistance equipment and has a free weight station.

The suite is fully air-conditioned & has three widescreen TV monitors (satellite & terrestrial channels as well as being able to play fitness programmes via DVD)

A private consultation room is available and our qualified instructors are regularly on hand to advise, instruct and motivate customers to get the most from their time in the suite.

It is our policy to ensure that our customers have a comprehensive induction & assessment prior to using the suite. This allows our instructors to prescribe a thorough exercise programme designed specifically for your needs and instruct you in the correct way to use the fitness machines for best results. We have 2 Centre Membership options to offer you, each tailored to suit your needs and budget.
Prices from 1st April 2008 are:-

Option 1 - Fitness Member Charges £ per month £ per year
This assessment includes:      
Medical screening single adult (18 to 59yrs) 30.00 330.00

Blood pressure, heart rate and weight readings taken & checked every 6 months concession/junior 22.50 247.00

Option 1 now includes free use of Swimming Pools (Easter to September), free admission to centre-run classes (Pilates Stretch, Aquafit, Netball & Unihoc) & discounts of 20 to 25% on other activities & classes.

Option 2- Casual Member Charges £ per session  
This is same as Option 1 (but without post assessment sessions) but on a pay-as-you-use basis Adult 5.50  
Adult assessment & induction £17.00 Concession/junior 3.50  
Concession/junior assessment & induction £12.00      

Please note - All charges are subject to annual price review (new charges take effect from 1st April)
